As I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff effortlessly transformed my mood, a testament to their dedication to outstanding customer service. The room was surprisingly spacious, with lovely amenities including free WiFi—essential for my work needs. While the décor could use a fresh touch, it was comforting to have access to a well-stocked bar and a delightful restaurant that serves hearty traditional carvery lunches. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, with everything from cereals to a hot section featuring fried eggs and grilled tomatoes—perfect for fueling a day of exploration. Yes, the hotel features pet amenities and a lovely garden that kids can enjoy, perfect for when I come back with my daughter. I will be returning to Charlecote Pheasant not just for its historical charm but for the genuine hospitality that makes every stay feel like a home away from home.
